The problem with philosophy is the language. Philosophers are generally very intelligent. Truly some of the most intelligent people in history were philosophers. But because of their intelligence they inevitably talked and wrote in very thick jargon that makes it difficult for the person of average intelligence to understand. This is a very elitist approach. It doesn't allow the person of average intelligence to partake in discussion. Some people might think that is good because we don't want average intelligence dabbling in dangerous ideas, but the purpose behind philosophy is to discover. If you want your discoveries to have an impact, you have to be able to communicate your ideas to the masses, not just to your intellectual equals. It is for this reason that I hope to express my philosophical ideas in terms that are understandable to just about anyone. Along my path of discovery of the meaning of existence is the exploration of communication: how to express my ideas clearly so anyone can understand them and be moved. So I will continue to explore new ways of describing my ideas.
